Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer returns and refunds within 14 days of delivery for unopened items in their original packaging.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original luxury packaging. Personalized or custom gift boxes are non-refundable.

Process
Email info@halalluxe.ca with your order number. We will provide return instructions within 1 business day.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it at no cost.
